Teach a man to fish, and he will eat forever.” – a perfect analogy for Capacity Development (CD): a paradigm shift in the United Nation’s development work around the world, where all agencies have been tasked to build local capacity and hand off ownership of its projects. To do that, FAO created a visual brand and outreach kit to guide this transition.
